We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of our products and the limited, made-to-order or seasonal stock, all sales are final.

Please ensure you select the correct item, size, and delivery address at the time of purchase. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help you choose the right item.

Refunds Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered in the following specific situations:

  • Delayed Delivery:
    If your item has not been delivered within 10 business days from the confirmed dispatch date (UK only), and the delay is due to our courier or internal error, we may offer a partial refund or store credit as compensation.
  • Out of Stock Items:
    If an item you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock after your payment, you will be fully refunded for that item.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

  • Parcels marked as delivered by the courier, unless proven to be lost in transit.
  • Items ordered in error (wrong size, colour, or duplicate).
  • Missed delivery attempts due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by external courier companies (unless severely unreasonable and caused by negligence).
